I am a F&B manager at a fine dinning restaurant and two of our Micros POS system crashed on a Friday night during service. Our POS system was not communicating with any of the other POS system, can't update or refresh and tickets didn't print in the kitchen. I've called One Source and a technician (Kevin) came out to service our location. After running some test he realized the cable that he needed to access was underneath the hutch which weights around a thousand pound. He could have said "the hutch needs to be removed in order for him to work on the system; if this can't be done now (in middle of service) he will have to return" instead, he understood the urgency and went above and beyond his call of duty. My old network was not up to the task, and fortunately my electrician recommended One Source to me. Juan completely understood this and acted in a professional and gracious manner. He diagnosed the problem so quickly and completed the work and got us up and running.
