Hands down the best sea salt caramels my friends and I have had! From the start Sarah and her team have always strived to accomodate my orders since I tend to place them at the last minute with out of town guests, unexpected special occasions or just thinking of you gifts...always adding a bit of humor and a big smile with every order that leaves me smiling after I pick them up. My friends love getting these saying that the creaminess of the chocolate with the smooth rich caramel just feels like it melts in your mouth in the best of ways. They are always so generous and helpful with their suggestions on different ways I can provide chocolates for my various needs. Wonderful chocolates with amazing customer service makes this one of the first places I think about when I want a special feel good food gift for any occasion. There is nothing better than supporting a local business who has a passion for what they do which shows in their chocolates and in the wonderful environment for their employees to thrive in. I can't wait to try out their customization service in the near future because I know it will be just as wonderful as every other experience I've had. It’s Labor Day, everything is closed, and I needed a special birthday gift for a birthday celebration at 5 pm. I’d heard wonderful things about Chouquette, but couldn't find a way to get a local delivery until tomorrow. I took a chance and sent a text to the phone number on their website early this morning. The wonderful owner replied within minutes. She made a special trip into her commercial kitchen in the afternoon to make a fresh, custom assortment. She arranged for a convenient and Covid-safe pickup. The chocolates were beautiful, whimsical, unique, and, most importantly, delicious (she made me a mini sample box). I love good chocolate and these are the real deal. So, now I’ve found my new, favorite go-to gift source. Today was a primer in how to build a loyal customer base....
