January 2020 I have more appreciation than ever for Serious About Fitness, after working out at a gym in California over the holidays. At SAF, no one hogs equipment, no gym jocks try to show off for other people's benefit, and the personal training ensures that I get a fantastic, professionally designed workout every time I'm there. Trainers and customers alike take their fitness seriously at SAF (hence the name), but everyone is friendly, has fun, and helps each other out to have the best gym experience possible. Thank you to owner Chris Doran, my primary trainer Belton Lubas, all the other trainers, and all the clients who make me so glad that SAF is my home gym!
Summer 2019 I LOVE Serious About Fitness. I get all the benefits of a personal trainer but without the cost. I get to work out with a trainer no matter when I show up and don’t have to be part of a class or try to work within a schedule that doesn’t match my own. The trainers do an amazing job of creating different workouts, so it feels fresh and new every time. The trainers challenge and push me but keep it upbeat, so it’s always a really fun place to be.
