The Buggy Stop Market — Local services in Redmond

Please disregard this review. Scroll down. I understand the Buggy Stop has fairly new owners. I have loved going into the shop for last minute shopping. Having an Eberhard in our family, I appreciate being able to purchase Eberhards dairy. I stop at your shop today to buy Excedrin, the only OTC meds which work for my headache. I felt I was overcharged, by no fault of the owner. Medications had accidently been marked in error. CONCLUSION: Owners saw my review and called me me immediately. All good!

PLEASE READ MY EDITED REVIEW. I just received a phone call from the owner of the Buggy Stop. What a gracious lady. The price of the product was incorrect, and was an easy and innocent mistake. I have been given a credit for the over sight. How wonderful is it to see businesses in our town recognizing when something isn't right and rectifying the problem. I had a really unpleasant experience at the Buggy Stop in Redmond, Oregon. I witnessed the staff—specifically a couple of the ladies working there—treating a gentleman with complete disrespect. They acted like they were somehow above everyone else, and it really showed in the way they spoke to him. Honestly, it felt like they had a chip on their shoulder, and their attitude was uncalled for. As someone who’s worked in customer service, I know that professionalism and respect are key. The way they treated this person—and frankly, the overall vibe they gave off—was a terrible example of customer service. Remember, you work at the Buggy Stop, not some high-end establishment. This business has more products than I expected! Lots of choices and lots of fun! They always have my favorite cold beverages in stock, no doubt. And a great variety of popular snacks and such. It's a clean and well-manged store. The employees are friendly, polite, helpful, and quick to assist you with your purchases without any delay. I always feel welcome and safe when I visit.
