Came in yesterday and guy then was helpful and cool directing me here as I have a semi, to park out back in the tire place, wanted to stock up before I left town so stopped in tonight right at 755 pm, my direct deposit hits at 801 and asked if it would be ok if he can cash me out then and I’d even give em a extra 20$ for his time for staying open a minute later and he said no. Literally 1 minute was all I was asking for to spend about 200$ on stuff I wanted. Plus the 20 bucks for him doing a solid and waiting a minute. But no. Usually where I’m from tobacco and vape shops are open till 9-10 so didn’t think 801 would be an issue and didn’t realize they closed at 8 till I got here. Easiest 20 bucks the guy woulda made plus the 200 plus for the product I was gonna buy. I come thru here a lot (dedicated loads usually) so thought I found a place to make my stop before heading back to iowa...

Just went in over the weekend the guy james working was pretty rude his customer service was terrible and took his time helping people at the window at least 3 people after i showed up then was short tempered and snappy. I'm a regular and he never seems to remember what I get regularly I was not happy with his service at all I enjoy seeing the main people working there james and Jessica they are always so polite remember what I get and conversate with me every time their little girl is growing so quickly and that's been pretty amazing to watch since...

Watch out. I have a very long Google rater history of 98% accuracy... The purchase I made had items swapped out from something fake. The purchase, which after going home, I noticed had been opened, when it should've been sealed. I called to reason with someone, probably the owner by his unprofessional attitude, and he was literally laughing at me. Buyer beware. Go to Hempies instead. They have ethics and value their customers. Negative 1*. I also have a couple networking pages I operate. The word is out....
