Stayed for almost two weeks on business. Good, clean, well-appointed rooms with spacious bathrooms. Microwave, mini fridge, and single cup coffee maker in the room. Iron, ironing board, and suitcase stand in closet. Desk with a good office chair and desk lamp with a USB plug. Friendly, hard-working staff keeps it very clean. Great breakfast with waffles, eggs, potatoes, fruit, sausage or ham, biscuits and gravy, cereal, anything you put in a toaster, juice, and fresh coffee. The pool is on the small side, but indoors and open year round and the hot tub was very welcome as I work a physical job. The only thing I didn't like was that the free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion) are not very good quality, nice scent though.

Perfectly fine on-a-highway motel. It’s exactly what a Sleep Inn is supposed to be. But FOR GOD’S SAKE FLIP THE MATTRESSES!!! When they become visibly concave on the side closest to the tv, it’s a good reminder that everyone knows hotels are supposed to rotate mattresses every 90 days. Why let such an expensive asset just be ruined for lack of completing a routine hotel procedure?? They’ve been this way for years. It’s just so baffling.

This hotel is one of my favorites. Not only do they offer guests cookies at night, they have a wide variety of breakfast selections including blueberry and regular waffles. I don't think there are bathtubs here, only showers and the way they are designed are with it a shower curtain, kinda cool actually. Free fast internet, close to freeways and city. What more can I ask for more also believe there's a hot tub and pool.

We stayed in a handicap room (my husband in electric wheelchair). Everything was fantastic as you can see by my ratings of 9's. The height of the bed was perfect for electric wheelchair transfer. The only constructive criticism of our stay compared to all of the other handicap rooms we have stayed in was the bathroom had no countertop space whatsoever which is greatly needed. It has a little space around the sink edges. But accessibility in the bathroom was great. Also other rooms we have stayed in had a little more space between bed and dressers and more space at window than this one with a little table by the window. There wasn't a table in this one where two could eat at, but there was good enough space by window and a writing desk for one. This one did have an extra space next to an inset closet which we haven't seen in other rooms before so that was very nice to store all belongings out of the way. We were very satisfied with the room, and there weren't any barriers. It was very clean and smelled clean and the amenities were very good. The price was comparable, and with complimentary full breakfast of eggs and sausage and other pastry and cereal options, this saved us breakfast money so the price is even more competitive. (I didn't see a microwave in the breakfast area though to heat my biscuit, which was great by the way, but there was some fantastic hot gravy). The comfortable beds were a...

My daughter and I stayed here for a night in July as we were on a road trip through Oregon. Everyone was friendly, from the girl at the front desk to the lady giving out breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and the location was great. Close to shops and restaurants and also close to Smith Rock State Park where we spent most of our day. Check in and check out were both easy as well. ||I say I'm forever grateful to this place because they went above and beyond to help me. As I said earlier my daughter and I were on a road trip. When we got to the next hotel she realized she didn't have the pandora bracelet I gave her for her 16th birthday. I called Sleep Inn right away to see if anyone found it, but no luck. My daughter and I were super bummed. She loved that bracelet. Fast forward to a few days ago when I got a call from Sleep Inn. They asked if I was a guest there last month and asked if I left anything behind. Long story short, they found my daughter's bracelet tucked in between the cushions of the chair by her bed. They could have easily kept it, but instead they went down the list of everyone who stayed in that room and found the owner of the bracelet. They even took care of the shipping to mail the bracelet back to me. The integrity of the staff is evident through this act of kindness and decency! I truly am forever grateful! And I would stay here...

We checked into Sleep Inn & Suites Redmond on 8/9. The check-in was quick, and we dropped our things off before heading out for the evening. When we returned around 10 PM with our young child, we discovered several issues: The TV/cable box didn’t work The WiFi wouldn’t connect (front desk had incorrectly input our address) The bathroom sink was clogged and drained painfully slow And the elevator did not have its permit visibly posted — something that should be easily accessible to guests for safety and compliance Since it was late, we waited until morning to speak with the front desk. Unfortunately, we had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Kaitlyn. Every concern we raised was met with attitude, as if the problems were somehow our fault. No apology, no accountability — just dismissiveness. When we asked to speak with a manager, she told us one would be available the next day. We then asked for the manager’s name, and rather than simply telling us, she pointed at the wall and said, “It’s over there.” That’s unacceptable.

As a business owner, I would never tolerate my employees treating customers this way. We paid over $200 for one night, and several key amenities didn’t work. Add in the unprofessional customer service and missing elevator permit — this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

We won’t be back, and I would strongly advise others to...
