Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Redmond

First, I love that Dutch Brothers has evening hours. I'm a night owl. I'm not a real fan of chocolate in my coffee and almost every coffee drink option has "mocha" as part of its ingredients. However, one of the sweet Baristas told me brevie (no chocolate) coffee options were available. Yay! I ordered a blended brevie Caramelizer (with all the calories one could possibly get in a drink) including whipped cream and topped with a caramel drizzle. PERFECT! So Dutch Brothers now competes with another coffee shop I frequent (NOT Starbucks) as a close second. The staff is very polite and upbeat and far more attentive than staff at "the other" coffee place. Pricing is on par with other coffee franchises. So if you're a fan of chocolate coffee drinks this is a real winner. If not, other options...

I used to love this location,but as of late it's been nothing less of a struggle to get coffee. I just waited over 25 minutes for my coffee and when we got to the window, 1 of 3 employees were working at a fast pace, and that person was one with a cast on his leg. The other 2 chose to work slow and it didn't appear they were communicating. I understand everyone is short staffed, but there is no excuse for a 20 minute wait in a coffee drive thru with only 4 cars in front. To kick it off, the coffee is less than tasty. Normally I have a good experience at this kiosk but this busy Saturday morning our large drinks were given to us in medium cups and when we pointed out the mistake we were met with a lot of attitude from the baristas.
