Maurices — Local services in Redmond

I wasn't expecting to go into maurices, I had just left Marshall's with disappointment that I couldn't find anything my size that would accommodate for maternity wear, but I stopped in anyways with low expectations.

I was lost at first, nothing fits anymore, this is my first child so I have zero idea what I'm doing, what size I am, what I should be looking for, nothing.

The ladies behind the counter were very sweet, they didn't really help me find anything but they were very friendly and nice. I grabbed a few items and handed them to the gal, she opened a dressing room for me right away.

Embarrassed and again, pregnant, I had to use the restroom, I would feel so much more uncomfortable trying clothes on if I didn't go. I asked and was told they don't normally allow their restroom to be public but understood my dilemma and showed me where it was.

I spent more money than I wanted to but I left so happy with my new items.

The Redmond Oregon store the last few years has really gotten bad. Too many young girls with no retail and definitely no customer service experience. I remember the day when you were in fitting room and the employee would ask if you need a different size. I was there today had to leave the fitting room multiple times to get different sizes in Jean's while the two girls were standing at the counter talking to each other about non work related issues. Only one of the girls offered any help but as much as she could because wasn't experienced enough to help with Maurice's clothing. Just found out through friend that they can order smaller sizes but was never told about them ordering smaller sizes by the two girls today. Get experienced management and employees at this store and maybe someone who knows something about...

Always a great selection of super cute & fairly affordable clothes with great savings opportunities through their rewards program and VIP credit card. The staff members are what keep me loyal to the Redmond store specifically. They address you by your first name, aren't out to push sales on you at all, actually help you find what YOU are looking for rather than the costliest items, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Zero complaints about the store or their employees since its opening. If I had to offer a bit of constructive criticism it would be that the coordination with the signs on the the racks doesn't always match up so identifying what items are on sale can be...
