I loved this place! Went with my husband for a day out without our kids, and it was perfect. The interior is very cool with cozy and comfortable seating. There's a small area with tables and chairs, an enticing bar, and then a larger area with booths. The aesthetic is colorfulI will definitely return with our kids. The atmosphere was both vibrant and chill, festive, yet relaxed. The gentleman who served us was very friendly, polite, and courteous. We sat outside, which was so nice! There is not a lot of outdoor seating, but it didn't make a difference for us. The cozy patio was comfortable and well-shaded. The salsa and chips were excellent to me, an interesting combo of chips. The menu was really great. I do not eat meat or dairy, but my husband does, and we each found a delicious and filling menu item. I don't remember what he ordered, but I ordered a rice, veggie, bean bowl with sautéed mushrooms, forgive my poor memory on its name, but it was absolutely delicious! I also ordered the vanilla mango mojito, and it was SO GOOD! Our food was cooked up and served very quickly, as were the drinks. All around, I had a great experience and most definitely will return. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who served us, as he provided...

If you're a fan of Mexican and Peruvian cuisine, you absolutely have to check out Hola. This restaurant has been one of my favorite spots for around 15 years, thanks in large part to their amazing mojitos - they're hands down the best around.

But, it's not just the drinks that make Hola such a standout spot. Their menu is packed with delicious dishes that showcase the best of both Mexican and Peruvian cuisine, with everything from ceviche to tacos to hearty entrees that will leave you feeling satisfied and happy.

And, if you've been to other Hola locations, you'll be happy to know that the quality of the food and drinks is consistent across the board.

Beyond the food and drinks, what really sets Hola apart is the atmosphere. It's warm and inviting, with friendly staff that are always willing to help you navigate the menu and find the perfect dish.

Whether you're looking for a place to enjoy a leisurely meal with friends or a spot to grab a quick bite, Hola is the perfect choice. I can't recommend this place highly enough - give it a try and see...

The food is okay. They call themselves nouveau Mexican and Peruvian yet they have an Argentinian steak on the menu? Anyway, the service was adequate, the décor cartoonish, and the place slightly "sticky." I ordered the shrimp and my dad ordered the paella. The paella was too salty and otherwise lackluster. My shrimp was overcooked and had bananas in it which were too sweet. They should have been plantain. ...also the rice tastes like dirt here. Three stars only because desert salvaged the meal. Keeping with the tradition of looking better than it tastes, the churros I had were presented well but should have been served hot over the ice cream. It tasted like I was at the state fair, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Also things are hilariously overpriced. I wasn't paying or else I might have given a...

Cute little place that is colorful and decorated. The music wasn't to loud. Staff was very polite and responsive. The potato chips and salsas were homemade and amazing. The ceviche mexicano with halibut was great. It was made with Fresh halibut, which is hard to find in Central Oregon. My other half had an enchilada and tacos. The beans appeared to be homemade and had a nice flavor. The rice was very lightly seasoned. The braised pork was tender with a hint of sweetness. And for dessert, bananas flameadas. What a fun presentation, as it was cooked at our table. The bananas weren't quite all the way cooked but it was delicious.

We decided to try this Mexican-Peruvian spot our last day in Redmond. It was just few miles from the hotel where we stayed. It was nothing but good vibes from the time we walked in till the time we left. We were seated immediately as the place was not busy but started to fill up after we arrived. The host was Tatiana, a lovely lady. She took our order and checked on us frequently. The restaurant was full of colors, arts and music and felt so inviting. We didn’t have to wait long for our meals. The food was amazing. Overall, this was a great experience. We hope to go back if we’re ever in the area. This spot is a must try!

This was our first time eating at Hola! I was a bit skeptical because I hadn't eaten much Peruvian food, but I decided to give it a try. What a great surprise, my Aji de Gallina was delicious! And I finished every bit of it, including the infused mash potatoes! The Tacos de Halibut and a regular combination of Chimichanga & Enchilada were wonderful too! Our server, Fernando, provided fabulous service from start to finish 👌 Oops, I almost forgot my tasty Vanilla margarita, YUM! Hola! is now my favorite Mexican (& Peruvian) restaurant in Redmond, Oregon!
