We've gone to this church twice after having just moved to Redmond. Everything seems very nice. Friendly people, welcoming atmosphere, great child care etc. The big problem we've had was the Pastor Curtis' teaching. It was not biblical at all. Not once did he mention that we are sinners and that Jesus died for our sins. He pretty much preaches the prosperity gospel and I can't believe that people don't see this after listening to him a few times.
Statements like ‘we deserve all the pleasures in the world’ and ‘the more you give, the more you will be blessed and experience pleasure in your life’ and ‘if you think positive, your body will experience healing’ are NOT biblical! If you are looking for a place to fellowship, this church might be great and the sermons seem very uplifting and encouraging. If you want biblical teaching in your life, you should probably look for a different church.

Pastor T is full of energy and compassion. He has a way with words that leaves you feeling called to make a change in the world. We are excited to attend again on Sunday and feel like our church shopping in Redmond is beyond fulfilled.
The current congregation needs to leave more update reviews, as I almost avoided this church based on 5 yr old reviews. So...
Read moreI was surprised at Dave Coffey's review of Redmond Community Church. We LOVE RCC! When we moved from the Portland area, our biggest concern was to find a church that fit us. After visiting several local churches, we visited RCC and knew immediately it was the right one.We have attended for over five years and have not once found Pastor Curtis to teach contrary to scripture. In fact, if there is scripture he is further explaining based on his research, he makes that clear and challenges the congregation to do their own research. With the addition of Tom Benge as a co-teaching Pastor, RCC has only enhanced its...
