Levi’s Outlet Store — Local services in Rehoboth Beach

Terrible customer service.

Wasn’t even greeted (and I was the only customer in the store). I had 5 things to try on and was told “it’s only 4”. Ok so I put one to the side and went in to try stuff on. When I came out the one item I put to the side was gone, the worker saw me looking for it but completely ignored me. Nobody asked how things fit, if I needed a different size, etc., offered zero help. Instead the employees were talking to each other like “You’re out of here man?” And stuff like that. It was 8:20 pm.

We were treated so rudely by the manager today that we walked out of the store. She was only nice to white customers. We were planning to purchase 6 or more pairs of jeans but she was very rude and mean to us. She even accused us of messing up the merchandise. Reading some of the recent bad reviews here, I am definitely convinced that she need to be trained in customer service. Too bad, you lost a big chunk of sales from us today. I was in town on vacation and decided to buy jeans. I was very disgusted by the general manager Tammy. she was very rude to other customers and I even saw her screaming at other customers. These customers were actually being respectful but this manager Tammy has a very short and bad temperament.
