Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Rehoboth Beach

I hate to have to do a review this like. But this is the second time this has happened to me and my family. Everyone is aware that Chipotle has been getting called out for small portions. Well for the second time I gave the Rehobeth beach DE location another chance. I ask for half brown rice and half white rice. Half of scoop each one in the bowl so I said can i get a little more me and my husband shares it. Young lady says double . I then ask for half chicken and half steak and pulled pork. They asked if we liked queso half of spoon of queso , so my husband says can we get a little more. The young lady says double again, at this point I’m asking what are the doubles for because you barely put anything on the dam bowl. The young lady said its for the queso and rice and pulled pork. No problem for the extra meat we always pay extra for meat. But to barely put any rice and queso then say I have to pay double is ridiculous. The exact same thing happened to my teenager son and they tried to give him 1 scoop of rice .and tried to charge him extra for queso. I believe this location is racist. I asked to speak with manager Kayla Chaney, she said they follow protocol but if im telling you as a customer that they barerly put anything extra to charge for double she did nothing. I ordered three burrito bowls via the app and all were to have sour cream, one extra sour cream. There was no sour cream in any of the three bowls. Additionally, they were very skimpy on the toppings the did include. I was able to find about 3 pieces of chicken in my chicken bowl and not even a full scoop of rice. Unfortunately, it was starting to thunderstorm, so I didn't do my usual check before I left. However, no one mentioned a thing about the missing sour cream when I got my order and asked for salad dressing. Unfortunately, I only got one cup of dressing which was about 1/3 full because I didn't know about the sour cream situation. Customer service is also bad at this location. I attempted to get one of the food prep's attention to ask for the dressing since I couldn't request through the app. Though she was standing near me, she didn't respond or turn towards me. It wasn't until I said excuse me the third time that I realized she heard me all along because she said "okay, hold on a sec" in a somewhat irritated voice. I told her I didn't realize she heard me since she hadn't responded and then she just asked another worker to hand me the salad dressing. That worker handed me one and walked away so quick I just left without bothering to ask for additional for my other orders since, again, it started to storm out. Absolutley Horrible. I have eaten at several Chipotles across the east coast and this one is BY FAR the worst one. For my last 10 consecutive trips, my meals which i ordered online haven't been ready, 15-20 minutes after it was supposed to be, leading me to be late to two separate jobs on several occasions, with no apology. But what happened yesterday is my final straw with Chipotle, i ordered my food and arrived 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, i ended up having to wait AN HOUR for my food, and for someone with blood sugar issues on a tight schedule, this is completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason why it should take AN HOUR to make a burrito at a fast food restaurant, even on the busiest of days. What made this experience even worse is that not only did they get my order wrong, i ordered double meat, to which there was none, they also put near RAW onions on my burrito which made it unpalatable. Finally, they failed to wrap my burrito which made all the filling nearly fall to the floor of my work truck. This isn't the first time i've had a bad experience here, I have also been yelled at and denied service here on a handful of occasions. I used to be a loyal regular here, being friends with a manager a while back. But now as the quality of customer service has fallen through the floor, I will never return to this establishment.
