My only issue is that I can't give them more stars. Contact Overture today. Our equipment was almost 13 years old. Recently my stereo receiver died. In doing a search I noticed they were just around the corner, so I dropped by. Mike informed me they weren’t a retail store, that they did mostly design and installation for homes. He was kind enough to sell me a new receiver. Once I got it home, I discovered my new high tech receiver hated the rest of my antiquated equipment. I made a decision to upgrade everything so I contacted Overture. Mike asked me to meet him at the showroom at 9 AM Sunday of Memorial Weekend. We talked about design then jumped in my Jeep so he could see my space. We returned back to the showroom to complete the design. Within a few weeks everything was installed. Dave and the other installer were great. A couple of days after the installation I felt I should be getting better sound so I texted Mike who came by the next day made some changes and taught me more about how to make my own adjustments and said he would schedule the installers to come out and make a few more tweaks based on my preferences, which they did. It is NOT a "store" where you go and gawk at fancy equipment and ask for "demos". Instead, the Rehoboth location is a satellite office offering the same world famous products Overture carries on the "mainland." The difference is at this location, Overture will come out to your house and DESIGN a state of the art installation to thrill your entire family. They use their top-of-the -line products to install electronics such as theater rooms, high end listening rooms and more. Since the biggest improvement in performance comes from proper installation---it makes sense not to bother with endless displays in the store. What matters is how it will all work best AT YOUR HOUSE. Well they did it again! Amazing! We recently glassed in our sun room and it just screamed for an entertainment center so of course, I called Mike at Overature.
