Serena & Lily Rehoboth Outlet — Local services in Rehoboth Beach

If I could give it zero stars I would. As a customer of the parent company, Serena and Lily, that has wonderful customer service and beautiful pieces, this outlet is a disgrace. They sell pieces under inaccurate names so do not try to complete your set of chairs or anything without bringing your physical chair with you. We brought the exact name and receipt from the Serena and Lily store and matched with the label they had. The chairs are a completely different color. I was told maybe I should spray paint them to match as they will not return or exchange. I am not sure if they are mistakenly inaccurately labeling or if they are labeling all of the l chairs that clearly were defective and returned when customers received them. Also, the general manager seemed to be clueless on who to contact regarding the false labeling of the chairs. The chair that is lighter is the actual sunwashed natural chair still shown accurately on the Serena and Lily website.
