I'll keep this as short and straight to the point as possible. Me and 2 of my boys came back from deployment in April of this year. Due to covid, we had to quarantine 2 weeks upon returning from overseas. While we were in quarantine, the topic of Grills came up and over time we gained more interest, to the point we started looking up different companies on Instagram. We came across SGG and thought it was the perfect opportunity. Quality looked decent, it was local, and black owned - sign me up. I contact to see what the availability situation is like - I knew nothing about essential businesses or anything obviously, I was deployed and I was told they had to shut down the office but mobile techs were available to meet up in person. Ok, cool. We live an hour and a half away - no problem. Scheduled an appointment for May 15, met up with Dre... overall experience was straight forward. Paid cash and got receipts from Dre. Gave us a 4-6 week time frame. No problem. I call in July to see the status. Give it another week or 2, we having issues with our guy in Texas. Ok? Call again. Another reason for delay. Again. Another reason. It got to the point where all 3 of us took turns calling at different times throughout the month to see if we would get different answers. It's now been almost 5 months, and I haven't had 1 clear-cut update from them. Being in the military, things change all the time and communication isn't always the best - but you'll NEVER go 5 months without knowing what's going on. I haven't received any phone calls, emails, text messages, smoke signals - anything from anybody. Other complaints I've seen, I thought maybe it's because they're out of state, time zone differences, problems with shipping, etc... I'm an hour and a half away. It's almost laughable at this point. I don't like leaving negative reviews. I don't like passive aggressive confrontation. I have no issue with talking man to man and solving any problem but when I'm getting the run around with generic answers involving my money... Let's just say I'm reaching my last attempts at being civilized and understanding. I have call log receipts and all - once I get my product or money back, I'll update. Let's see how long that'll take smh

Read moreSo here is the deal I have worked with SGG before about two years ago the experience was fantastic and highly professional i got a 8 bottom i got my mold and came back in 14 days picked up my grill they even offered free cleaning and shining when ever I needed it that’s why it was an easy choice to come back a couple years later to do two piece rose when I reached out first to inquire about getting it done who ever runs the social media page wasn’t very helpful but I understand that they prob get hit up all the time with a million questions no problem so I met up with Dre June 13th got my mold done and was told July 3rd so I contacted Dre to see if my grill would be ready I was told call back the following day when I called back I was told there was a delay the molds didn’t come out right or somthing I was told to call back that following Monday i did then I was told that because of COVID orders were delayed it went on like that for about a month I understand that these are tuff times and stuff will be behind but my frustration is it seems like I’m not getting any real Info so about a month and a half In I reached out to the IG page only to be chewed out about just asking I was told that Instagram was not the back up complaint page ext so once again I waited another week or two called and Dre told me another week a week rolls buy still no real info I don’t have my grill now out of frustration I get into a argument with dre and I was told he was relaying the info as he gets it now it is going on 3 months and I haven’t got my product I was just told 3 more weeks I have never had an experience like this dealing with any business you can’t get upset at people wanting to know what’s going on with the product they have payed for I don’t want a refund I just want my grill you guys do amazing work but I feel like you are not being honest.......... update I can’t reply for some reason to the owners response I have tried to call and have a conversation no updates no awnsers can I have my product I just want my product it’s not outta line to leave a review ? Read moreI'm going to tell it how it is. I've ordered in May 14. I recieve my mold kit, the clay came in little zip lock bags and there's not even an instruction how to do your mold which I thought was a little unprofessional, so I have to spend time in the internet searching how to do it. Anyway they said my grillz will be done in three business weeks but that was a lie it took longer and it would've been great if they at least update me saying they needed more time to finish it but NO I have to call them every time. I still stayed patient I wasn't rude to them. Finally after four months of waiting I got my grillz in September 22 but I was disappointed my grillz was made wrong the color, the design,the fitting all wrong. I sent back the Grillz to them and I ask for another mold kit, USPS told me they should recieved it by Monday September 28. Also I paid out of pocket to ship my mold and grillz back to them. I've called them couple of time if they've sent my new mold kit yet but they couldn't give me a straight answer anyway I'm tired of calling them. Still today october 14 I haven't received a mold kit. All I want is to get my grillz done right by the end of November because I'm going out of country I have waited very long enough. If you're not good with your product and can't deliver just refund me and I'll never do business with you again and I'll even delete...
