I'm actually quite disappointed of how I was treated... Like I literally bought a $180 Xbox Elite Series 2 Plus an additional $50 for warranty for a year. And this is before they change the whole policy with those controllers. Because now they don't make them anymore. So I go one day to go change it for a new one, then they tell me that apparently you can no longer add warranty for this type of controller because they stop making them. So I got my new controller, my brand new Xbox Elite Series 2 I tried to play it about 30 minutes, and the controller literally shuts down on me. And then it wouldn't turn back on. So I thought OK I guess the battery died, so I let it charge for over an hour. Played it again for about 10 to 15 minutes, and it shut down on me again. So I'm playing like games like games that very sweaty, like Call of Duty, rainbow 6, smite, You know, button smashing types? So every time that I smash a button Fast or like shake the controller. It shuts down on me. So I said damn. Well, that sucks, they give me a controller that does not work Brand new. So I thought to myself well, I guess I can return it back. Because I still got the receipt and everything But the sad part is that I don't own a car. I literally have to ask to borrow someone's car or someone can take me. So I tried calling their store several times and I believe it took me like 2 to 3 days to keep calling them and no answerand tell them about my situation to see if it's possible that I can get the controller changed out because they literally gave me a controller does not work. So finally I managed to get a lift go to the store explain my situation tell them about what happened and they told me you're not going to like it but you're going to lose money but we cannot do nothing for you and they even said to me that's not our problem that's Microsoft problem That was the biggest slap in my entire life. The fact that I couldn't get a new controller and told me that that's not their problem, Yet they gave me a new controller, me believing that a new controller should have no problems, but yet they gave me a dysfunctional controller or a controller that does not work at all just to say to my face that it's not their problem it is Microsoft problem so not even the warranty that I pay for went to waste and they couldn't do nothing for it Definitely the biggest slap on the face. We'll it wasn't too long ago I had received the urge to play an old ps4 game, but in my older age I couldn't remember the title for the life of me. Well I ended up calling gamestop and to my blessings a gaming angle had answered on the other end. I was greeted by "Hey thanks for calling gamestop where we take in graded psa 8 and higher cards. This is Vince how can I help you?" right there I knew I was in great hands. Well after aboit 30 seconds of me describing this game that I was on the hunt for, he knew the title and was already looking it up. To my pleasure he informed me that game was in stock and available for purchase. He said just ask for Vince when I come in after I had informed him that I would be there in 15 minutes. So heres where it gets a little surprising. When I showed up and asked for Vince I was a little excited because I was going to get to put a face with the one who was a godsend on my quest for my game. Well to my surprise he was not at all what I had expected to see.... He was more! I was greeted with fullest smile I have ever seen my life. Read moreGood store with great selection however trying to reach the store via phone is nearly impossible they hardly ever answer which sucks especially if you are doing business which involves PSA graded card's. The app is full of glitches at the moment and sometimes orders don't show ready for pickup until after the fact you physically pick it up from the store. So you can see where the inconvenience comes into play if you live out of the area and your cards are here at this location they'll probably be setting until you physically go inside to see what's going on because the system doesn't send out notifications. Or PSA will notify you that the items have been graded and sent out the same day but the App won't update or let you know that. So your kinda in limbo hoping it updates or do you go and drive and potentially waste gas?
