Rainbow Shops — Local services in Rialto

Google really need to add an option for NO stars, because I would definitely choose a "NO star" for this place. I was referred to this store by a family member, because it's Easter Eve and I was doing a very quick last minute shopping. I rushed all the way from San Bernardino, which is about a 25min drive away and GAS. Rushing because this store closed at 9pm!!!! I made it there at 8:50pm and to my surprise, they had the doors already locked, with an employee there who was letting other shoppers out, and refused to let me in. I saw the store's hours of operation on the door, which clearly says they close at 9pm and was reassured by the employee who was monitoring the door. I informed her that it's not 9pm yet. She laughed asking her manager if she can let me in. The manager said no. I asked to speak with the manager and the manger said no and did not come to the door. The employee who was watching the door and relaying the message to me laughed the whole time, like it was funny. Horrible horrible customer service. It looked very crammed in there, like you have no space to even shop! I'm never going there again. Hate that I was referred. And anyone who ever refers me to this place, will definitely be informed about the "NO" customer service I received. In fact, I didn't receive any customer service. Only frustration. Rainbow is great however the manager is rude and seems to want to run the store like a dictator. As I was visiting today the manager told an employee she was going to be written up for clocking in 1 minute EARLY! They both acknowledged it was her first time but the manager came off like she was full of herself and toldher she had to write her up regardless. My first time visiting this location and I couldn't believe the way she was talking to her employees infront of everyone, even my children were astonished. This girl should not be anyones boss and by the looks of previous reviews, this isn't new. I wonder if the manager can get written up for looking the least...

I am standing outside as we speak and the store is letting 10 people in at a time and it does not state that on the doors besides notice wear face mask and please use social distancing. They aren't even coming outside to let everyone know to 0lease be patient but their policy is 10 people at a time. So you may be standing out for a whole hour while someone is shopping !!!! I've been standing for 30 min now !!!! So if you want to wait come but if not go to target or walmart or somewhere else !!!!!!!
