good drinks, friendly service. the pricing for drink additions can seem a little odd (they have diff creamer types but told me they won't add them to the iced teas bc the system doesn't let them? basically make u pay more to order a milk tea bc of the weird pricing) but I don't mind it much anymore because the drinks do taste good. i always get the milk teas at 50-75% sweetness because otherwise they are way too sweet. lavender milk tea at 75 is pretty nice, and i like the texture and sweetness of their caramel egg pudding. do not recommend the rose milk tea unless u want gobs of dried rose buds in your mouth while drinking lol. my go-to here is an earl grey iced tea + lemon flavor + yogurt popping boba. super...

A wonderful new place in the plaza. I ordered three drinks today. A fruit blended tea, brown sugar milk tea and iced tea (this I'm looking forward to the most it's lavender lemon). Rhe honey boba was a great texture and sweetness, prepared really well.The service is very fast and efficient. I got in and out in 5 minutes. Didn't beat today's drizzle, but did beat the pour! The store has lots of seating available and a vibe that is cute and calming. There's a nice big screen to enjoy something if you're in for a lunch break (subtitles). If you're a true bubble tea connoisseur you will quickly find this place to be "just another" wannabe "trendy" boba shop where the prices are unreasonably high and drinks come in a single size. May I mention adding something that is usually free a.k.a. boba costs 75¢ extra where do they think they are? Irvine? This is Rialto nobody trying to pay $7-8 for boba especially when I can doordash it cheaper from a far better place 20mins away. All in all you're paying for a "hip" boba place that uses recycled straw wrappers, skinny 20oz. Cups, snap on caps that aren't the traditional heat sealed and exotic "flavor/blends" p.s. read the fine print or just don't go here....the rare occasion where Starbucks will...
