The cashier Tanya was the worst cashier I have EVER encountered. She was disengaged, sloppy & unhygienic. I spoke to her twice & she didn't even acknowledge my presence. She uncovered all my meats & produce to scan them and then tossed them on the conveyor belt without even trying to cover them back up. One of my items was completely without it's bag and she just tossed them both on the belt as if it was business as usual. After I had asked her two separate questions & received no response, I justified her behavior by assuming she was mentality impaired. But when a co-worker asked her where the banquet potpies were located she answered without hesitation in a kind manner. She then drank from her large McDonald's soft drink while I paid for my purchases, (which she had on top of a disarrayed pile of produce code papers.) As she handed me my receipt without a word, I almost laughed, when I noticed that her name badge bore the slogan, "My job is to serve you." If this employee was my responsibility I'd let her go without hesitation. She has no business working with customers. And the fact that her superiors have no idea that she is treating customers this way speaks to their capabilities in leadership. The stock men in the produce section had 100's the customer service experience that Tanya lacked! The icing on the cake was that the guacamole we purchased was spoiled , what a waste of $6! This was our first experience shopping at this location, It will definitely...
Read moreWorst experience I’ve had at this location today. The employee running self checkout was harassing me so much. She came up to me saying I didn’t scan something, but then realized I did and just said “oh” and walked away. Then she comes back up to me saying next time I can’t have more than 25 items. I checked my receipt and I had 35 items, but there was no sign saying I couldn’t have that many items. Most of the older customers don’t like using self checkout and since I didn’t want to wait in the regular long lines I decided to use self checkout. And I much prefer it too because I’d be in and out in five minutes. I’ve worked at grocery stores in the past so I was familiar with the checkout process. I just felt like the employee was watching over me so much as if I was going to steal something. I left the store feeling so untrusted and unhappy. I’ll just be going to the Fontana location for now, since I do like superior for their...
Read moreUnbelievable behavior by the store director who I found out is just filling in for the actual store director. I found an item on insta cart (FUD turkey ham) that was priced differently on the app than it was in the store and wouldn't scan through for me to complete the order. When it was presented to the "Store Director" he immediately became defensive and after only a few moments resorted to telling me "Are you done?, Because I have more important things to do" !!! If it wasn't for one of the female employees (I think from customer service) who rushed over and took me to the item and explained everything nicely in just a few minutes I would have left without the item. This lady was African American roughly 5' 9" and so mellow tempered she should have been placed as temporary store director and Luis whatever his last name was should be getting the carts from outside learning how to be more humble and kind...
