I've been craving Chinese food for some time and was driving through the area during my lunch break. I spot this place from the road and decide to head in. Walking in, the place seems clean and we'll kept.
The phone rings right as I walk up to the counter and the lady answers the phone. She doesn't place the caller on hold nor does anyone else come up to take the phone from her, she just starts speaking with the person on the other end in her native language (Mandarin?) making me believe that it's a personal phone call. She asks me what I want (combo C) and places it inside the container. I go pay and ask for an Arizona instead of a fountain drink, take my tray and go sit down.
The rice and noodles were decent but not great. The Kung Pao chicken is indeed spicy but it's..... weird, I can't describe it. It's a texture thing. The BBQ chicken, while great in flavor, is hard and hard to chew. The broccoli beef has good texture to it, but it's pretty salty.
All I know is that I am not coming here again. I should have gone to Waba Grill or Wendy's right on either side of this place.
Oh, and that Arizona drink I got, it...
Read morethis place truly surprised me in the best way. First off, their NEW fried rice is a standout! The cute little sign says “Best taste,” and they’re not wrong. The rice is perfectly stir-fried—fluffy, flavorful, and loaded with colorful veggies like peas, carrots, and egg. It tastes just like something homemade, but even better. 🍚✨ I also tried the Kung Pao Chicken and Broccoli Beef, and wow—both were bursting with flavor! The Kung Pao Chicken had the perfect balance of heat and savoriness, with tender chunks of chicken, crunchy peppers, and peanuts tossed in a rich, slightly spicy sauce. As for the Broccoli Beef, the beef was juicy and tender, and the broccoli was fresh and perfectly cooked—crisp, not soggy. 🍗🌶🥦 The food was hot, fresh, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the staff was friendly, the serving area was clean, and the portions were generous at a great price. If you’re craving authentic, satisfying Chinese food with that homestyle taste, Mr You is the place to go. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or picking up dinner for the family, you’ll leave...
Read moreMr. you does not cook anything fresh…… I went to this restaurant I asked for chicken fried rice with bean sprouts expecting them to cook it fresh they put some chicken and rice. in a container I don’t know if they heated it up, but they put it in a bowl and threw some raw sprouts on top of it.. I was in my car and realized when I opened the food the bean sprouts was raw and the food was not piping hot like it was freshly cooked So I went back to the restaurant to try to get my money back. They harassed me and did not want to give me my money back so I videotaped her arguing with me and she paid me to delete the video and paid the price of the food. That was the only way I can get my money back, so I agreed to delete the video, but I did take pictures of the food in my car…. All the food that was in the warmer rice noodles, etc. etc. all that stuff was dried up so I wanted fresh food, but they tried to trick me they do not deserve to be in business if they treat their...
