This is an update on my previous comment. After my comment things changed. New players and they are super friendly customer oriented and D. ... The guy I was talking about is now polite with a smile. Great service every time. Today December 18 2020 at around 6:52p.m. Iwent to this Pizza and order a Hawaiian paid for it and was asked 20 minutes wait is that okay ? Sure I'll be back. 7:20 p.m. when I came back in. Sorry your order was not place trough our system they'll have to make it. Okay I'll be back. 9:20 p.m. I went back. Sorry but it took you 2 hours your pizza was thrown away. I can refund your money the manager said. No I don't want money I want my food. You people made me work on an empty stomach out of all the choices I had I choose you guys. As soon as I said I want my food the Manager turned and walk away saying. I'll have it ready for you. I would like to apologize to the employees if I sounded agitated but I was hungry and I know things happen and it was super busy and to the manager Thank you so much you were professional and kind. I was expecting people to be rude after this incident but they were great I got my food and even thou it was like 3 hours late I still enjoy every piece of it. Thank you so much to the girl that came out and call my name and offered me more food for my wait. No thank you am sorry am fine. the manager the cooks everyone thank you .fast food fast pace and super busy only you can do it and sometimes we expect everything to go right and when it doesn't we blame you guys for everything that is wrong in our day just because something goes wrong on your end. Read moreI ordered delivery today. My food was received but the beverages I ordered were not although they were charged to my account. I called the store to see if I could get a refund for the drinks. I was on hold once for 30 minutes and hung up on. As I am writing this review I have been on hold now for another 2 hours and 4 minutes. Someone answered the phone about 1 hr 20 mins after being on hold stating she was the assistant manager. She told me they could not refund single items and the best she could do was confirm that the drinks were truly on the order and have me pick them up some other time. I have been on hold since then just waiting for her to tell me whether or not the drinks were on my order. I've been on hold so long that now it's to the point that they close in 18 minutes so I don't even know if they will ever come to the phone. Horrible customer service. I asked if he could make the correct Pizza told me no and walked away from the counter and went to the back. A young lady that was working the back Hispanic with glasses came to the front asking if there was something I needed? I replied if I could get my pizza re made as well as a receipt?
