Worst customer service. Never have left any review before. This is my first time so it says a lot. They couldn't care less about you. Asked for a plate without sauce, they added sauce. I'm sitting and facing the blinds. One of the staff opened the blinds in front of me without asking me if it's ok. It was too bright outside and I had to tell the staff that I was eating in that section because it's bright. He looked at me and did not say anything and left as if he did not hear anything. I ended up closing it myself. The staff looked ok as he was talking real loud with his co-workers. I understand if it's a bad day for him but I dont think so. I did not get his name but he seems like a manager. This happened Oct 7, 2024 between 4 to 4:30 PM. To the owner, do not reach out to me. Fix the management first then try to reach out. Read moreFrom a previous visit we remembered Wa-Ba Grill as a health-food restaurant. Since it was very close to our accommodation, we went there for dinner. The only little problem was that we arrived only one minute before closing time. It happened mostly because our inner clock showed a time 7 hour earlier, still, on Sydney time and because the grill closes on Sundays in unusually early hours, 9 o'clock in the evening.We were expecting to be turned away, but no, not in this restaurant. Everyone was working on our order - a steak for him, and a grilled prawn’s salad for me. They were ready to sacrifice their free time, and wait till we finish our dinner. Read moreI did an Uber eats order at 1:50 pm 3/25/2021 and well when I got the order my chicken veggie bowl had a very large hair tangled in the food. I called to let them know, manager or shift that was there didn’t want to deal with the situation so they had the younger lady who answered do her best to deal with it. They wanted me to come in for them to replace or refund me but like if I was able to go in I wouldn’t of Ubered the order, I explained and said I would dispose of it and was told nothing will be done since I will not be able to go down there and will dispose of the food. The money doesn’t matter but I mean the fact management can’t be bothered to handle food safety issues is kinda disappointing.
