This is the worst store i have ever seen(Richardson). Where do I even begin... just walking in the store felt like a circus. I was surprise to see employees with bonnets on their heads, fuzzy socks, slippers walking around as if they were at home. Very inappropriate dress code for work work place. It didnt stop there. Me and my sisters were at the checkout when everything went from bad to worst. One of the item i had was damaged so i asked for damaged good discount. The cashier went to ask then came back a second later to tell me that manager didnt approve it. I demanded a reason behind the refusal so the manager (Sharon or shannon, that has zero knowledge of what a manager tittle is and unprofessional attitude) came and told me she refuses to give me the discount with no tangible reason. Going against the rules and regulation of the company, taking it upon her self and refused what i deserve.

My wife took the purse in the gift bag to the store to have them remove the alarm. Before bringing the purse in she decided to ask the asset protection person at the front of the store and explain to her what happen. She was very nice and asks me to bring it in to the cashier line and that they would take care of me. After waiting a while in line my turn came up and I explain again what happen with my gift. The lady asks me to wait that she had to bring in the store manager. At this point is when it all got crazy. She identified herself as the store manager an started to accuse me of stealing the purse. Once again I told her it was a gift and my friend has paid cash and gave it to me as a gift and all I wanted was for them to remove the alarm. I told to review the cameras for last Monday 4-18-22 at around 8pm. My friend bought about $62 worth of goods in cash and had misplaced the receipt. The Store Manager did not want to do anything and kept accusing me of stealing the purse with no options or solutions to solve my problem. She humiliated in front of all the customers in line and insulted me over and over. Instead of accusing people she needs to do her job and investigate but is too much to ask. I will never shop at this...

Naturally, my family and I want to check out, so we rush to sort through what we're taking and leaving. We put all of our 'leaves' in a cart and brought it to the front while we check out so that a worker would be able to take the rejected clothes as the store would be closing in 15 minutes. As we were checking out (over $250 worth of merchandise btw), the manager of the store makes a comment to my mother saying " you just left all these clothes right before closing for me? Thanks š" when my mom questioned her about the RuDE remark she repeated herself saying it was wrong of us since they were closing. When we told her that her comment was unnecessary since it's not our fault they are closing early and that's a really weird thing to say to customers she refused to look at us and walked away in the middle of our sentence saying "ok fine, whatever"... possibly the WORST customer service I've ever seen, by a manager too!
