Firehouse Subs Richland Village — Restaurant in Richardson

I regularly ordered from this store on UberEats for the past couple of years. Unfortunately since Covid hit, there has been a sharp decline in the product that I have received. In my last 5 orders of the same sandwich (large smokehouse beef and cheddar), this restaurant has given me the wrong sandwich once and on the other 4 instances it has given me about 1/3rd of the meat that I used to get with the same sandwich. On a couple of instances it tasted as if I was only eating the bread. This has coincided with a substantial price increase for the same order. In summary, I now appear to be getting 1/3rd of the sandwich for the cost of 20-30% more than what I was being charged before. I understand that Covid has made it tougher for restaurants to do business, but I cannot condone providing a much lesser-quality product at a higher price, especially when I have not seen those changes in competitors like Subway and Quiznos. Epic total fail.

All the sandwiches were not assembled with any care and looked thrown together. The jerk chicken was all over the inside of the container. Same with the turkey & dressing.

This is our second time in 2 days ordering the large turkey & dressing sandwich. The last one was at the McDermott location in Allen tx and it was stunning. This one was really a horrible disappointment. The sandwich was thrown together with the box saturated and mushy. The turkey looked hack with an axe rather than carved. Almost no cranberry sauce. The amount of turkey was disappointing and the taste was not good this time. The bread was barely if at all toasted. Tossed the sandwich. Every sandwich in this order was thrown together and a total mess and hard to handle. We really won’t be back to this location ever again. So hate the waste of time and money. The fact that this restaurant is sending out deliveries with roaches in them is beyond me, my partner calls me upset because she received an order through DD and the package had roaches in it, your store should be closed for at least 48 hours to rid all items due to contamination, if your an employee working in this type of atmosphere without notification to your corporate office about the infestation, your nasty and need to be released, it's disgusting which makes me think your employees you hire are disgusting, personally because of her experience in this area, I will never order anything from this location and management should be ashamed of themselves but everybody wants a paycheck but don't want to provide the CS or do the...
