Wulf Burger — Restaurant in Richardson

I decided to try this restaurant after seeing it on Instagram and a recommendation from my sister. Upon pulling up, there was plenty parking. I came inside and was immediately overwhelmed by the red. When seeing it on Instagram, I thought it would be cool but once inside it was a different feeling. I don’t know if it was intentional for the temperature, but it was extremely hot. To be coming from outside of 95+ degree weather into this restaurant… I thought they would have some air on. I went to the screen to order and there was a glare so I decided to put my order in through the app. To my surprise, I hadn’t seen anyone working or any customers and I have been in there for maybe two minutes. I am so glad I put my order in via the app after I download it because of the Rewards. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo, which does not come with a drink for $15. I think they have a really good Rewards system, especially for those who would be ordering again. After seeing the first employee, I got no greeting and decided to tour the rest of the building while I was waiting for my food to be ready. I went down the hallway. The bathroom was pretty nasty. I went up to the counter to get my food after waiting for approximately 7 to 10 minutes… the food came out pretty quick. Overall, I did not enjoy my sandwich. The bun was not toasted as requested, and the green bun seemed very dry and it broke apart with bite…. The chicken was very crunchy on the outside, but definitely had a good taste on the inside. The coleslaw was good.. The pickles was good and for some reason, my french fries had the taste of onion rings.. Atmosphere: this place is red as red can be. Which is pretty unique. You order through touch screens which I can appreciate as someone that struggles with ordering face to face. Reason for the 4 is the bathroom which was kinda dirty. Also there was a guy cussing up a storm with my MIL right there, like damn dude..

Service: we thought we broke the machine cause we couldn't pay, the man behind the window to the kitchen came out and took care of it. Real bro right there, I can appreciate that!

Food: MIL got the deluxe combo with sweet potato fries and grilled onions. She said she had no complaints which is nice cause she can be picky. My fiancé got the regular combo with grilled onions, no tomato, no onions with ranch on the side. The onions weren't grilled all the way and the lettuce was looking kinda brown. Ranch tasted like hidden valley and the secret sauce was giving thousand Island dressing. But the meat itself was really good! That and the bun. If she got it plain, we would be Gucci. I got the spicy chicken sandwich at the hot level. Tasted decent, I'm more of a dry heat than a sauce heat, but I can appreciate a good chicken sandwich. This was pretty good, but I expected more heat.

I am SO glad I decided to eat at the location in Richardson! I am a zabiha halal eater and am so happy that is what they serve. I had no idea what to expect and am SO pleased. As soon as you walk in, the decor and ambiance make you happy and pull a smile. I love the color red and absolutely loved the interior. The spaciousness of the seating and cleanliness were instantly noticed. Ordering was super easy at the kiosks, and I appreciate the focused menu. Our food arrived in just a few minutes. It's also great that the burger already includes double patties of GRASS FED BEEF! We ordered one special and one classic burger. Each one has its own flavor, but I absolutely loved the crunch of the lettuce and onions in the classic burger. The fries were a bit of a small portion for the price but super crunchy and delicious. I have never tried Mexian coke before and literally squealed when I saw it was an option in the soda fountain. Let me just say, why does America mess everything up lol!? The straws are made from recycled paper and I seriously appreciated the eco - friendly choice. I will ABSOLUTELY be frequenting this place and my next order will be the organic chicken burger. I have definitely found a favorite new halal...
