Kroger has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember, and it's more than just a store; it's a place that has significantly improved my daily life. I'd like to express my gratitude, particularly to one outstanding employee, Jaison.
Jaison embodies what exceptional customer service is all about. Each time I step into this Kroger, Jaison greets me with a smile that brightens my day. Their friendly nature, patience, and willingness to assist customers have transformed my shopping experiences into moments of genuine pleasure. Thanks to Jaison's helpfulness, my shopping trips are more efficient and enjoyable.
Jaison's expertise extends beyond being courteous. Their knowledge of the store's layout and product offerings has streamlined my shopping, making it a breeze to find what I need. And if he doesn't know where something is, he takes active steps to help me find it. With his guidance, I've discovered new products and recipes that have enhanced my daily life in ways I couldn't have imagined. Kroger consistently exceeds my expectations, making my life easier and more enjoyable with each visit. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jaison and the entire Kroger team for their commitment to excellence. Your dedication has not only improved my shopping experience but also my overall quality of stoke.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Kroger to anyone seeking exceptional service, a diverse range of quality products, and an improved daily life. Bummed to be moving away, but if you ever see Jaison he likes to give out high fives so make sure to give him one and say it's...
Read moreI had a really bad encounter with an employee working in the bakery department last night, but thanks to the Manager on duty, Miriam, my experience was turned from bad to great. So to make a long story short... I was in the bakery department looking for a cake to pick out for a friend last night. I picked out the cake and then waited behind a couple who was getting a message put on their cake by the Kroger employee behind the counter. She completes the message for the couple and then walks over to the deli department and starts spraying down the floors. So I walk over to her and ask if she could please help me in the bakery department. She says, "I don't work in that department." Stunned at her response I say, "I just saw you write a message on a cake for the previous customer." She says, "It's ten so we're closed and I can't help you." I replyed by saying, "You saw me waiting here for 5 minutes you could have told me that sooner." She says, "Oh." I take my cake (highly irritated) and walk over to customer service and tell Miriam the whole situation. She hears me out and apologies for what happen. She then walks with me to the bakery and asks the girl to please write a message on my cake. The girl appeared annoyed but proceeded to write. She was struggling to do the task so Miriam was sweet enough to complete the message for me! She did it so quickly and it looked really good! Miriam truly knows the importance of customer service and because of her I have to give a 5 star rating on my review regardless of the not so friendly employee I met earlier. Thank you Miriam for your help and...
Read moreUnbelievably BAD Customer Service Desk at this location! Imagine this, you walk in with your return item and an employee at the CS Desk, "Elvis" - who doesn't even greet you - though he's looking right at you. Instead, you have to ask him if he's ready to help you, before you step up to the counter. And the response you get is "That's why I'm standn' here." (Okay... I'm just trying to be respectful, but whatever. Let's proceed with the return transaction.) He's also a low-talker, so one has to really focus on what he's saying to hear or understand him. Not a great trait when your role definitely includes proper communication. He never even asked me what was wrong with the item. Why not?! He never spoke the words "Please", or "Thank You" through the entire encountwr. And, he certainly didn't mumble even a "Sorry" for Kroger having sold me a broken item and making me take the time to drive back and return it. Wow, who trains the CS Staff here? Or, does anyone? I mean, if you have no customer service skills, and you're a low-talker, who clearly doesn't want to help people - then why are you in a front-facing position at all? Go stock the shelves... And note for Kroger management: your CS Desk is literally your last line of defense, you understand this, correct? It's your best "last-shot" at turning around a bad experience a shopper may have had, and how its handled may determine whether you keep that client - or perhaps lose them to your competition,...
