I went here on Friday to see if they could resize my engagement ring, because it is an heirloom from my fiancé’s grandmother and means a lot to me but I have gained a little weight after having our child last year. I explained to them how important it was to me, and they were very generous and explained pricing and time-frame to me very kindly. I expected it to take at least 24 hours to fix, but to my surprise, they said come back in 45 MINUTES!! I was like wow! So pleasantly shocked. I was a little skeptical because I am a new customer and this is a new location, that recently just opened, with no reviews on Google YET. But I came back a little over an hour later, and work was done beautifully. They also buffed it, and cleaned it. It literally looks brand new, and it is 30 years old!! I will be coming back! They also were having issues with their credit card machine, so they offered for me to use Zelle, which I do have - hopefully they get that fixed soon! My fiancé and I took our rings here to be serviced and they came out amazing! His got sized and mine needed the main stone tightened. After examining it they determined that my ring wasn’t properly built for the size of my stone so they took their time and rebuilt my setting! They did let me know that it would look slightly different, which made me nervous, but it came out incredible. You can barely notice a difference and my stone is secure. I was searching for a new setting for my center stone. My husband and I went to multiple jewelry stores but didn’t find anything I liked. We decided to check out Noble and am so glad we did. Evan greeted and assisted us. He showed us some options and I couldn’t decide between two different settings (I liked the band of one ring and hidden halo of the other ring). Evan informed us that they could do a custom ring so that’s what we did. The custom ring took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. I love my new custom ring! We’ll be back to get a custom matching wedding band....
