R&B TEA Garland — Restaurant in Garland

I liked my personal drink, but I didn't appreciate how I had to wait over 20 minutes to get it. I'm a regular here and this spot has some of my favorite drinks (the pandan milk foam is too good). It seems like there are organizational issues - one of my drinks was already completed within minutes and left of the counter while other individuals before me were still waiting for their orders to be completed. I don't really mind if my drink is left out, but others might mind their drinks getting watered down (especially through a 20 minute wait). My honeydew stormy was not made correctly- it was like a honeydew flavored water (this is a regular drink for my little brother). There was no cheese/milk foam, nor was it blended with ice. Since, at this point, I needed to hurry back, I just accepted it. I did not want to risk waiting another sizable amount of time for this drink to be corrected. Unfortunately, when my younger brother took a sip, the drink had several, sizable green sugar (?) crystals that were not properly mixed. Not sure what was going on, but I didn't appreciate it. The order they got wrong wasn't even made properly. Though I won't knock this off my list yet since I love their recipes, this experience really left a bad experience to...

Think carefully before choosing this place. The service here is truly disappointing.

The sign on the door says they open at 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:55 AM and waited patiently. At 11:00 AM, they turned on the “Open” sign, but by 11:10 AM, the door was still locked. I, along with two other customers, stood outside in the cold, waiting without any explanation.

If they don’t care about serving customers, they might as well just close the shop.

The service has always been poor. Every time I order a drink, it feels like I’m begging instead of buying something. There’s absolutely no friendliness or warmth from the staff. I’ve tolerated this only because my son likes their drinks. A Hawaii Fruits Tea costs over $9, and yet they charge extra for credit card payments, something I’ve never seen at any other tea shop. To make matters worse, the watermelon in their tea is often spoiled or mushy. This shop can let their staff drink the tea themselves. It’s no surprise this place is losing customers with such poor service and attitude.

Meanwhile, The Alley, located right next door, offers a completely opposite experience - friendly staff, great service, and quality drinks. And of course from now on, I’ll only buy...

This was the first time that I went to RnB tea Garland and I actually had a great time here. I really liked the store decorations because it made the atmosphere feel so cool in this hot summer. I had Fresh Taro Boba milk and I actually really enjoyed it. Normally I would not order the taro milk tea because most boba shop usually make it with taro powder and the drink would be too powdery and taste awful. But the employee explained to me that the taro boba milk at RnB tea Garland was made freshly from taro cubes so I was curious and gave it a try. And this was the BEST taro milk tea that I had ever had. It was not powdery, not too sweet, and sooo smooth and sooo delicious. I loved it so much!! I also ordered one waffle and it was also delicious. I liked it that they put the dipping sauce on the side, not on the waffle. I had the pandan cream for dipping sauce and the flavor was so good. The employees were nice too, especially the tall big guy with glasses who were very patient and answered all of my questions. I loved it here and would definitely come back and bring...
