Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Garland

Roaches, gnats, and other bug legs in salad and in the pizza cheese. That's just what I know about, who knows what else I unknowingly ate last night. Spent $21 for 2 people and just got water to drink. I wanted to start healthier and loaded a plate up full of salad and salad toppings. One of the workers was there cleaning the salad bar - I didn't think anything of it.

When I get back to my table I go to take a bite of my salad and luckily notice an half-alive whole cockroach chilling on my salad lead and fork. I think I stabbed through him some on accident. I brought my plate up to management and apologized for loading my plate up so much but that I had fully intended to eat it all. Showed him the cockroach. He asked me "are you still planning to eat here?" Which I responded that I'm starving so yeah I'm going to switch to pizza though after seeing the salad bar. He said he'd be by our table shortly to talk to us. About what, idk because he never came. I went on to eat 10-15 slices of pizza meanwhile my buddy I came with quit eating. He had been seeing cockroach legs and whole gnats stuck in the pizza cheese especially around the pineapple which I passed off as just the little black things you sometimes do see in pineapple. Anyways after seeing several bugs in the pizza cheese I quit eating as well and we left before my buddy blew his lid over the situation. I let the employee busing tables know on our way out that we continued to find bugs and had left a plate with a piece of cheese on the table with a bug in it for him to see. We left so I don't know what came of the...

I never write reviews like ever I was so disappointed I had to write about this one. Okay so first the buffet line was always empty never anything up there except for the pizza no one likes such as BBQ pulled pork, Philly cheese, and the Fiesta/taco pizza. So since there wasn't any pizza I could try ordering my own right? Well I come to ask the man in "gray" the manager if I could and just straight up ignored me and continued like if I wasn't there. My friend also tried and failed. Also some of the drinks only had the carbonated water and no soda. When I went to the restroom I couldn't because it was out of order. There was a girl at the salad bar who wasn't doing anything but just staring at the salad and pizzas. Dessert was also pretty bad the cinnamon rolls were crunchy instead of fluffy texture it felt like I was eating cinnamon cookies, and the brownies didn't even have an even amount of powdered sugar it was all just piled in the middle not distributed evenly throughout all the brownies to me that just means they're lazy and don't care. Then when I decided to leave this place has a "please dispose of your own trash" policy which I'm okay with but how can I throw my trash away when both trash bins are completely full topped with crusts overflowing over the trash bins. Honestly I love cicis for its price, the variety of pizza and also to hang out with my big group of friends but come on this was just poor. If you really want cicis please go to the one at Lavon by firewheel that one is 5 times better than this...

Apparently my last review of this place was 4 years ago... Well a lot has changed! The staff here is incompetent and lazy... Tabitha is slow and somewhat simple minded... Couldn't be bothered to go find here manager at the behest of a customer. She had a lot to learn about Customer Service. Apparently, "Isabelle" the "Manager" was too "Busy" in the back doing dishes to be bothered as 10 people lined up at the door for service And to Give this Business their hard earned money... and NO ONE WAS tending the front counter... The money making front counter! I see only ONE (1) Employee (Angel) working hard here... Moving around doing 3 things at once... Taking care of everything the best he can... HE should be the manager. The rest are just slow moving like the Post Office is... with No Sense Of Urgency. The "Manager" is non existent and should be Fired immediately. Half your business is leaving because they cannot get anyone to even take their money... If I owned this Business I be greatly concerned. I never saw "Isabelle" the entire time I was there nor did she address my concerns of dissatisfaction... UNPROFESSIONAL and Incompetent "Isabelle" is a "money losing death of your business hiding in the Back" type of UN-Manager... Zero Stars...
