Updated October 1, 2024 Called yesterday around 6:25-6:30 spoke with a female manager who took my name and number, stated she would call me back around 8am which she never did. So I stopped by the location this morning at 5:48 the guy name Ruglio was very rude and sarcastic and I’m not even sure that’s his real name because when I asked him to spell it he stumbled over his words. He questioned me like I was a criminal until after 5:55 am. Put me through a complete unnecessary period and showed the most dreadful customer service. Then after I showed him and said it numerous times what I was supposed to have and the price I paid this incompetent guy refunded me less than what I originally paid. All of this could have been avoided first is my order was correct second if the manager would have followed up like she stated. I will never return to this location and the cherry on top was the guy and the young lady there found it very amusing. The young man that took my order provided me with great customer service. Read moreThieves! I ordered 8 tacos and a jumbo jack, and gave them a coupon for 2 of the tacos. Got charged for 6 tacos and the burger. When I got home I found that they only put 6 tacos in the bag. If they weren't going to honor the coupon they should not have accepted it. At least then I could have gone to a store that WOULD honor it.
Update: This store is even worse now! My wife ordered on the app (and got charged) and when I went to pick it up the side door only partially opened. The front door was locked so I tried the side door again and it opened- although someone had stuck a broom in the handle. After several minutes the person inside saw me and said that they were "closed". So, no food even though it was paid for. This is absolutely unacceptable! I wish I could do another 1 star review instead of simply updating this one.
2nd update: This store still has not refunded my money from 2 years ago when they took my money on the app and refused to give me the food I paid for! I have only went to Jack in the Box (a different store for sure!)about a month ago- for the first time since the app scam and got 20 tacos. Read moreThis place needs help. Constant wrong orders. They even left the ham off of my Breakfast Jack sandwich. Really? There is no quality check for orders because that might actually take 20 them seconds and result in a satisfied customer. It's just flat out incompetence at this location. The drive thru speaker doesn't work right most of the time and the order display screen is not any better. This is the level of service that is all too common these days. We don't make anything in this country so we are now a service oriented society and we can't even get that right. One positive thing to say. I have known a few really great employees at this location but I'm sure they are no longer there.
