I was referred to this place by a former client of Diamond & Gold Exchange and the experience, along with the value(money) could not have been any better. Let me first say from experience, precious metals and diamonds dealers, are not someone who you can trust. Generally the companies quote you monies well below market price and to a novice seller they would not know the difference. I have enough knowledge to understand the pricing structure, so i always go into the situation knowing i will be low-balled. However, this experience was completely unexpected. I walked into a clean and well kept store, was greeted promptly by the owner with a smile. I told him that i was looking to sell diamonds that i no longer wanted to hold on too and he directed to a private room in the office. After a few pleasantries he asked to look at the diamonds and after about 15 minutes he came back and asked what i was looking to go get out of them. Dayan at the Jupiter Rd. location was very, very helpful. I had several pieces that I needed information on and that I was looking to possibly sell. He looked at each piece and weighed each piece. He told me about the gold and the diamonds in each piece and the level of quality of each piece. He told me what each piece was likely worth and then he also told me the amount he could actually give me for each piece. There was no pressure to sell or anything, in fact there were a couple pieces he even suggested that I keep because they are good quality pieces and he knew he couldn’t give me much for them.
