The DAY BEFORE THE FUNERAL, while driving in to Dallas for my father-in-law's service, we were told there was a "small problem " with the grave placement! Seems that my long deceased brother-in-law (1979) & mother-in-law (2012) had to be dug up to accommodate the vault of my father-in-law's grave since Restland messed up placement for the 1st grave in 1979, causing a ripple effect that resulted in an encroachment on another nearby grave! What a nightmare! Such bumbling idiocy. In addition, while digging my father-in-law's grave, the crew broke the marker of my OTHER brother-in-law! Their horrible incompetence was too much for my already seriously shaken wife! In addition, the person who was assigned to "assist" the family members dressed sloppy and had atrocious breath! It just seemed the staff was no longer up to par for...

The right hand never seems to know what the left hand is doing. Maybe if there was a team lead instead of having every department separated and almost in competition instead of cooperating with each other. There are enough hoops to jump through and red tape to deal with when someone dies, without having Restland add their own...

I was given a chance to get the costs settled before the service. The guests were looked after even when some were running late. Our every need was looked after and it make the whole service very easy to get through and the casket in the vault. All the staff were attentive and responsive...
