My superautomatic was making half the volume of its supposed to be. I called Philips and trouble shooting didn't help and info of the ONLY ONE authorized service center was given. I called and found out the diagnosis would cost $90 and up to 2 weeks. I did check around but couldn't find anyone else would do service to it. NO CHOICE. So, I brought it in, paid 100 plus additional fee for using credit card. Before an estimate was sent, I googled and watched more than 50 different videos and suspected what the problem was. After a week, I got the estimate that would cost me 260 on top of the 100 I already paid to fix it. Of course, I'm not doing it. When I picked up the machine, I asked what the problem was. I was told it's about an o ring that needed to be replaced which was exactly what I thought it was. I ordered it from Amazon that came with 2 FULL SETS of o rings for the entire machine for $14. Took me 3 minutes to take off 2 screws and replaced the o-ring , then it was up running. Did not even take...
Read moreI brought my Jura machine in for repair and paid $100 for a diagnostic, but was told it was “fine” since it still made coffee. Unfortunately, that didn’t address the actual issue—the machine wasn’t rinsing between cycles, which is an important part of its function.

The person assisting me wasn’t as friendly and didn’t provide clear details about the service, so I left without much clarity on the next steps.
Ultimately, I decided to send the machine directly to the manufacturer. They were able to repair it and return it to me in less than two weeks. I wish the repair shop could have resolved the issue, but unfortunately, it didn’t work...
Read moreEvery time I bring my commercial espresso machine here I am always refreshed by how amazing the service is! The receptionist is always willing to help and she's extremely patient. The repair techs are good at their work, diligent, and knowledgeable. And anyone else you're in contact with at the shop is always responsive and ready / willing to help. Espresso R.M.I is just genuinely good at doing business with you.
Only "downside" (if you can even call it that) there is, is there's usually a 2-3 week period to get your machine in and serviced and ready for pickup. Must be because everyone goes there! However, I'll gladly wait those weeks because I trust these people with my machine.
And their prices are always fair and reasonable in my experience.
Thank you all staff for taking careful care of my...
