Quick easy and quality appliances!! Edit- I was told that I had thirty days to return if I find that The washer and dryer didn’t work out. I did laundry for the first time this weekend and the dryer is making a loud squealing sound and the washer is very noisy. I called right away and informed them what was going on. They had me send a video to show proof just be told later to Read my receipt, which was given to me after the transaction was complete and it says there’s no returns. All sales are final. All I asked for was to exchange it for a new wash and dryer. I paid a new washer and dryer price and I expect just that at that point I was informed that not some like I was under the impression, but all of their appliances are damaged or scratched items that is the reason why I got it is such a cheap price. which by the way I paid $1300 for. so I don’t know where they’re getting used appliances from they cost that much but I’ve never seen it so instead they offered to send out a technician. I have to fill out a form and when he arrives, it says that I gotta pay $70 for him to come out and do it (a deductible) on a brand new washer and dryer supposedly. They made it very easy to get but the problem with it is basically you’re getting disposable washer and dryer from them they don’t back their product. They won’t stand behind it. I wasted my time. there are so many other places that you can finance or whatever if that’s what you need to do and not have to worry about getting a messed up machine. no one wants a machine that is supposedly brand new and already having problems after the first wash during the first wash.

Update tech finally came out, he looked in the tub spend the tub around a few time took the screws out of the filter area then took the top off of the dryer messed around with it, just to close it open the door and show me the magical screw that is now stuck in the tub. Then his first words were it wasn’t me! RIGHT!! I gave him the $70 simply because I want to be done with Supreme Appliances for good no more back and forth the the workers or the tech. I paid it off this morning and warning everyone that I know STAY AWAY that will be the worst $10 you through away if you do business with them.. BYW I recorded the entire encounter...

Wow wow wow great deal great quality, I did think the price was a little high for a used appliance store but honestly the refrigerator wasn’t used I didn’t see anything wrong with it at all. Still had the packaging on it. Paid 700 cash for a 1500 refrigerator and I was happy. Then my wife sees this Samsung washer and dryer set and it’s beautiful. I of course throw her a dirty look because I’m sure we would be just as happy with our old set. I say something like, I know some people that have a set that works and costs close to nothing. She is all heart-eyes over this color, the capacity, technology that it has (start the wash cycle with my phone via Bluetooth?!), I tell her I’m not paying $2000 unless it will watch our kids for us. Then Adrian says no it’s only $1399 and you can finance it with no credit check and only $50 down. Needless to say my wife has a new beautiful blue washer and dryer with Bluetooth functions so she can turn it on from the couch. The financing process was really quick and easy and just based on your income. He even knocked 50 off the price. Honestly I wanna be upset. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Supreme Appliance Store. While the purchasing process was straightforward, their delivery service was absolutely shoddy. The team arrived late, showed little professionalism, and to make matters worse, they failed to deliver all the necessary parts for both my dryer and stove.

What’s the point of a new appliance if it can’t be used? Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no clear resolution or urgency to correct the issue. I was left waiting for essential components that should have been included from the start. This caused unnecessary delays, inconvenience, and frustration.
