We were looking for a replacement mattress for our 8 year old serta mattress when I saw Daveā€™s posts on Facebook for mattresses w no credit.

My credit is totally shot but Iā€™m pregnant and my back was killinggg me from my old pillow top mattress. I thought I could survive by just buying a mattress topper but I hated it.

So I came to Daveā€™s shop. He was so pleasant and funny and just genuinely nice. He ran my credit and the first time it was only approved for 500 and I laughed and said yeah, thereā€™s no way. Sure enough he ran it again and boom. I was approved to get a replacement king size pillow top mattress.

So so sooo grateful to get approved and get a bed same day! Thank you so much Dave for such a wonderful experience.

Dave was phenomenal. Literally the best customer service experience I had in my life. I came in the store with my daughters to purchase new mattresses for myself and my children. While interacting with Dave I really felt like I was talking to a friend not some guy trying to get me to spend everything I had on a bed. He was so nice to my daughters. We actually had a lot of fun with him shopping for beds. Not only did he give me an amazing deal but he gave my daughters $50.00 to get whatever they wanted, now what salesman you know would do that. I could not be more pleased with my purchase or the customer service I received from David. I will be honest, I have only ever looked for mattresses at big box type places and am so happy to have found this location online. I needed quite a few beds for a new home and David was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Mattress by Appointment Johnstown has a nice selection of high quality mattresses to choose from and the pricing enabled me to purchase even better quality beds than I expected to be able to afford.
