We were in when the promotional, any galaxy, in any condition, for a S22 started. We talked with Justin. He spent a lot of time with us explaining our different options. It ended up just not being the best deal for us at the time. I felt bad walking away after all of the time he spent with us, but he assured us it wasn't wasted time. Well last week my S10 decided it was no longer going to function. My choices were to bang our insurance, at a $200 deductible, or upgrade. So I sent Justin a text, as he gave me his personal cell # when we were in. He said he'd be glad to help us. We walked in and he met us at the door. Suprising to me he had all if our previous information and just wanted us to confirm our choices. He again ran us through all of our options, which I'm glad he did as we decided for the difference in price to go with two 22 Ultras and two i13 pros. Then the problems with my S10, and not saving my things to an app started. He very patiently took the time to get what he could transferred. At one point a Samsung rep came in to call on the store, and he asked him to give him a hand with possibly recovering the stored info. Justin was completely friendly and professional the whole time. In all we spent 4+ hours with him. He never acting anything but kind. He was never "rushed", or made us feel like we a problem. He went over any accessories in detail, and gave us our best option to optimize our dollars. I highly recommend anyone that is looking at AT&T for any needs, to look him up!!!!! He said they strive for 5 starts, but I'd give him 10....
Read moreOne of the worst stores I’ve been too. Waited 3 hours to get service, for a Saturday you’d think you’d have more than just 2 people working, while there’s a huge line of people waiting for service, we had 3 ahead of us ONE was paying a bill, and at least 4 behind us left out of frustration for waiting so long, when we did receive help we ordered an internet box to try out, the lady sent it to the completely WRONG address. Then I asked about an early upgrade for my iPhone and she told me “I don’t qualify for that I still owe 1/2 my phone” so I said okay I was just curious, we asked if there was any promotions or deals to apply to make our bill cheaper, she told us no there’s nothing. She told us our bill would be 100 between the both of us so we planed to split it evenly. Didn’t tell us there was a promotion on Apple Watches after asking! After visiting this store about a week later we got our first bill and JUST MY phone alone was 102 dollars! So we went to the other ATT store by Walmart that night and they told me I’m paying monthly to qualify for early upgrades so I WAS indeed able to upgrade, We WERE able to apply a discount that was available! And FIXED our bill to be cheaper. And found out about the watch promotion. The lady didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing, never again will I give any time...
Read moreI would like to say that At&t support on my phone were helpful. They were adsolutely terrible. The app does not work properly, the 4 reps and supervisors, and over an hour on the call did not resolve my problem. It took another trip to my local at&t store in the Galleria Mall in Johnstown, pa to get my problem fixed. The two reps, Kelsey and Autumn were phenomenal in helping me resolve all my issues and questions. They should be in charge of your phone loyalty and supervision. Your current phone reps should be ashamed of themselves. Their personal skills and empathy are terrible. I was a just a number in their calls to get done for the day. Kelsey and Autumn changed all that and saved you a loyal customer. They are excellent people persons and a great asset to your company. I would hope all of your employees are like them, but that's just wishful thinking. Thanx girls for your expertise and your caring personalities. God...
