I was there 7 minutes before the store was open but the salon was open. Kaylee (salon employee with an attitude problem) would not allow us to come into the salon to purchase products. She said we had to have an appointment or wait until the store was open. We didn't want to shop at the store, we just wanted to buy products in the salon (which was open) and leave. She was very rude. We stopped back later to get the products and we ended up with her again. Same attitude but she added laughing in with it. The products we wanted were on sale for $15.99, she refused to give us this price and said it's only 20%. I showed her the price advertised (in store and online, 45% off) and she suggested I get it where it's cheaper. I guess Kaylee doesn't like to gain business because she lost ours. We got on the website, got the 45% off and you can choose free pickup at the store the same day to save on shipping. We opted for shipping to avoid this sorry excuse of an employee. (And I mean like last minute) everything was pretty easy to find, instead of being rushed out of the store when we asked her for some assistance, she answered our questions nicely. She made sure we didn't need any other help, and proceeded too continue whatever task she was on. The lady at the desk also made sure we were satisfied as well and was extremely polite. When leaving they unlocked the doors without pause instead of making us walk out the main part of the mall, and the lady held the doors for my daughter, fiance, and myself. Great customer service...
   Read moreRating one star only because I cannot rate 0 JCPenney was running a "reserve" sale on a freaking watch which my grandmother asked what it was and the lady at the jewelry counter was EXTREMELY rude, talking over her and being dismissive also the reserve price was for a damn watch not a 2k + engagement ring or something and we'd have to drive back and pick it up will not be back please educate your staff on being polite when answering questions instead of repeating that they've always had this sale and talking over people...
