Worst experience ever. Poor service and understaffed. 2 people in front of me. 1st customer got his food in about 10 minutes. Next person ordered sandwich lady from mandarin Express made sandwich then walked away to wait on customer at her venue. Guy waited 5 minutes to pay for his new cold sandwich. Then man in business suit walks up and is waited on immediately. When it was finally my turn to order after waiting 20+ minutes I asked why business man was waited on before me. Her response was are you on your lunch break and need to get back to work? Then she walked away not wanting to wait on me. I did order pierogies for my mother and purchased my lunch from mandarin Express. I highly recommend you post a sign stating customers are not served in the order you arrive. Every time I've been here, I've been served cold pizza, frozen Stromboli, or flavorless stake sandwiches. I'm chalking this up to bad luck, because my family and friends love this place,and never have complaints. I have sent food back to be heated up more and the staff was very apologetic and polite about it. I'm giving 4 stars because although I've gotten poorly made meals, they did try to accommodate me and as a customer I really appreciate that. Visited here with my friend and really like the food! It is inside the Johnstown Galleria Mall but very accessible. The food was great with very reasonable portions! You can pay with a card and leave a tip if you want. Lots of choices along with many flavors of popcorn and pork rinds. I believe they do...
