This is the 2nd time that I ordered only to pick up and they canceled some of items due to laziness of employees. Couple of days ago I ordered 3 cases of water 8oz and it was canceled due to "OUT OF STOCK " when I went to pick up the of items from the order I went inside and look at the section where they storage the water on the floor and they plenty I took a picture and showed to the manager. The manager explained that she did not know why it was canceled and that I needed to repurchase it. At the same time the employee who brought my other items to the car came in and the manager asked her why my water was canceled and her replied was " there are known " the manager replied to her there is plenty the customer just showed me a picture and the employee just laughed. This is a disgusting service I been a member for more than 20 yes and on top of that Bjs just introduce a fee for pick up if ordering less than 50.00 Don you think that if you a paying a membership should be any other fee for pick up. At Walmart you don't have to pay a membership or fee for pick up if order is 35.00 or more. Bjs has to make sure that the employees are doing what they are suppose to do or on the long run they will bring the company down. Very rude employees. Either the ignore you all together (even though you yell at them - hey, can you help me). I am really tring not to go to this store unless I have to.
Checking the receipt as you leave. Not me!!!! Just keep on walking, they are to busy on thier cell phones anyway. Customer service is of little use, only good for returns.
I was leaving the store last week and had one item in my cart. The extra large dog create. I had my receipt in my hand. And sure enough the lady HAD to stop me, took my receipt (DID NOT ASK FOR IT !!!!!) ,walked around my cart and handed the receipt back to me. (DID NOT SAY A WORD TO ME AT ALL!!!!!) Read moreThis is the lowest rating I’ve ever given to a store, mainly because staff members who were clearly sick, with runny noses, wiped their noses with their bare hands before checking tickets and handing them back to customers—spreading their illness to visitors. I visited twice within a few days, and both times, different staff members checking tickets had colds and behaved poorly. If employees have to work while unwell, they should at least use a handkerchief or disposable paper towels to maintain hygiene. It also raises concerns about whether the food is handled by staff with proper hygiene practices.
