We worked with Jonathan who promised he could have our floor done before we moved into our house. I was told the staff was going to be at our house at 8am, they did not show up until 2:30pm and therefore the floor was not done. They left the carpet up in the bedrooms which caused stuff to get everywhere. It took days for them to finally come and fix it, I was told they were coming one day then would come home from work with nothing done. Communication was terrible. Once it finally was finished my husband and I started to notice the floor coming up in multiple spots and glue all over the floor. I texted Jonathan about this and he stated it’s due to furniture on the floor, when we have no furniture in these spots nor did we ever, as evidenced by the pictures below. I couldn't be happier with the level of service that was provided to me from the start of my project to the final installation. Robin was very accomodating as she made herself available to any question or inquiries that I had regarding a certain type of flooring for my project. She was very prompt in her communication and allowed me to take multiple examples home to ensure that I could see for myself with the possibility could look like. Although we had a couple snags with the installation date, Robin went above and beyond to ensure that my target date for installation was met. The installers were very professional, courteous and respectful of my property and insured that I was pleased with the final outcome. We had excellent customer service with The Carpet Store, specifically Robin Nooner! She was fantastic! We recently moved here to the area and purchased a fairly new home, only three years old. But the carpet had been well used. Robin came out before we had moving trucks here and measured all spaces. She was kind enough to give us estimates on wood floors, carpet and combinations. We waited until the house had been painted which took a few months. We gave her our choices on a Friday, it was ordered and arrived the following Wednesday and installed in one day the following Monday! Her staff were polite, hard working, moved all furniture themselves and cleaned up after they were done! We could not be more pleased with the product, the service and timeliness of the project.
