I got my phone screen fixed from them a few months ago- everything seemed fine except the colors on the screen looked off (I didn’t really care so I just moved on)... a few days later THE SCREEN CRACKED AGAIN! I barely dropped it! I let it go for a while and more and more pieces just fell out without me dropping it- until my touch screen completely stopped working. I took it back to get the repair and it seemed fine.. a day later the touch screen didn’t work again! I had to pop the screen back in (???) they hadn’t secured it properly to my phone or something but once I popped it in it worked again.

I got an otter box to make sure I wouldn’t shatter it again. Then about a week after I got it fixed and got the otter box on THE SCREEN SHATTERED AGAIN! I dropped it about a foot from the ground, and a huge chunk of the screen just popped out!! The whole screen is still just popping in and out of my phone, I have to snap it back in for the touch screen to work.

What a total waste of my money. They must use really cheap replacement screens or something- because I never break my phone screen, and ever since getting one replaced by them I break it once a month. DO...

This place is definitely a scam . I went in to get my phone fixed and he said it would cost around 400 to get fix it and then gave me back my phone worse than before. That same day I bought a laptop for school. He told me it was a 2022 laptop but in reality it was a 2020 and it moved so slow I couldn’t do my homework and the battery died while it was on the charger !! so I took it back. He got his product back and they keep 35 percent of my money. I paid 258 for the laptop and only got back 150. You know why they have that rule in place ? Because they sell faulty devices and know people are gonna return them. So if you take the chance and spend your hard earn money in here don’t buy the pink hp laptop unless he giving it away for free ! And be careful getting your devices fixed because you might get it back worse...
