I reached out to Mark for a repair on a ring that was very special to me. I knew going in that there would be some difficulty in repairing the opal ring. He listened to my story and gave me my options. I chose to leave my precious goodies with him for repair and sizing. Expecting a call in a week or so I received a call the very next day letting me know that my rings were ready! The workmanship and price was exceptional.
