If I can give zero stars I world I was referred by someone who thought the real Raad was gone take care of me but I ended up with his daughter instead. I don’t even know where to start because I thought I was paying for good service. So when I first arrived I had a just got a quote for my old vehicle that was totaled I paid almost $350 before I got the work done for just to get a deck and install just to make my vehicle music louder. I was quoted $600 I informed her that the truck was totaled since I didn’t get anything done she just order the cord and that was it she said no refunds only store credit (which I felt a way because why I couldn’t just get my refund if the work was never done) but anyways fast forward to this week I ended up going back so I can get my store credit and decided since I had to use my money there just get the full install with the deck and music installed as well (I brought my own amp and box) so that was and extra 780 plus the fee for swiping your card was damn near 30$ . So I drops my car off Tuesday she said it will be ready Wednesday. Went up there excited to hear my new set and when I went to cut the music on no bass something told me to check the truck and there it was my amp and box wasn’t even installed and I paid these people over 1000$ to hook my system up and nothing was done but a deck if you thinking about supporting this business DONT & RUN FAR AWAY . I’m so disappointed and now she saying she didn’t know it wasn’t hooked up can I drop it back off and im just thinking like how you take somebody hard earned money and not check behind your installer to make sure everything is good for your customer and then not only that my truck was the same it was when I dropped it off looks like he didn’t even touch my trunk. People who’ve been here have been informing me that they finesse and overprice for bad business and that she ran the company to the ground and now I see what they are talking about. Extremely unprofessional. Had and appointment schedule, came 30 mins out the way for them to be closed. The woman told me one information to get me in. Just to go back on her word and try to charge me more. The installer knows how to hook up, but english isn't his primary language. So make sure you know what he's doin. Sliced my factory wiring and did a ghetto rigged custom job that would be considered backyard work at best. Don't be like me and read the reviews and still decide to give them a chance. Stay far away from this place. Found an installer locally and told them about the experience and they were well aware of the problems with this place. Luckily i was able to save my factory harness, because they are impossible to find replacement. Check out the photos, and anyone with audio sense would know not to do what was done here....

I currently own a white gmc 03 and am in the middle of doing business with raad audio Based on the past from doing business with them they are fair reasonable and will work with you on what you have to where your trying to go. I’ve read some comments or how customers been treated to customers saying they are scammers everybody situation is different I can only speak for my self all I can say is take pictures and record your vehicle before you take your vehicle in from under the hood to inside the car to the back of the car even under the car if need be and by all means keep your receipts definitely the original receipt their prices are definitely budget friendly even if there lower or higher when you look them up online either way they’ll work with you I haven’t had a problem with them yet(knocks on wood).
