Stonebridge Shopping Center — Local services in Bon Air

Had to come in here to stonebridge shopping center just to go to Kroger's cuz like I said that's the only place my friend could afford to get to the rest of the stores I don't know I've only been to the ABC store and I have been to Krispy Kreme so ABC store was not bad I'm not a big drinker so I didn't mind going in there but Kroger's like I try to stay out of that store as much as I can I guess I have a lot of problems every time I go in there it always seems like you know this the cashiers either they don't know what they're doing or if they're young and they act like they're the manager and they're not the manager and then when you call the manager of the manager is like I'll take care of it but then it's like he doesn't take care of it so it's just there's something that really bothers you because the manager if he cannot do his job then why are they even there but like I said the ABC store I have checked out and I have checked out Krispy Kreme there would be the only other reasons I'd go into that Stone bridge...

I needed help in the garden center and Moses and another lady (she said she was a new team member) was so helpful. Moses helped loading 10 bags of heavy potting soil. I really like this store on Hull and Winterpock! I had a bad experience at the Lowes garden center in Chester 2 weeks ago. Bought over 100.00 in peat, black kow and 64qt bags of potting soil and the young black woman failed to call for someone to help load the truck, then she lied saying she called for help 10 or 15 minutes ago and it was only 5 minutes since she checked me out! (She was in a hurry to go on break or clock out and leave, and that wasn't a good idea as the other line was backed up with 11 people in line.) So, being disabled, I put on a back support and loaded my truck myself. Chester Lowes is closer to my house, although to avoid another bad experience, I'll drive to the Winterpock store and say...

This particular store was pretty good when it first opened. Since then it has gone downhill. Even before supply chain issues started there seemed to be continued problems with certain items being in stock. How do you routinely have no rotisserie chickens at 6p or 630p? And if asked about it, the kitchen staff acts like customers are stupid for wanting a staple dinner item at dinnertime! There's been so much turnover in management that mentioning things like that doesn't help. There is also an extraordinary number of panhandlers in the parking lot - sometimes they make it inside the store - a good number of which are fairly aggressive in their efforts. No one seems to do anything about it. All that said, there are some very kind and caring employees throughout the store, and considering this store is 5 minutes from home, they make shopping trips...
