RUDE RUDE RUDE Don’t ever shop here. The cashier wasn’t friendly, had poor knowledge about the products, overpriced and she got me a 20 min time frame and there was no one in the store. Oh, I forgot to mention the product that I got was defective so not only did I overpay for a product that was $120 got it home and it doesn’t work so now I have to contact the manufacture. This place should be be ashamed of they way they treat there Customers. I will never ever ever step back in the place of establishment in spend another penny. I say, it’s well worth the drive to go to Hustler Hollywood down in Monroe, Ohio. Maybe if the management or the owner hires better employees, the store will be amazing Because they have a wide variety of products and it’s clean. But also keep in mind that they are way over priced and they give you a timeframe because you have to look through their products because they don’t organize...

As far as the store, it is well beyond stocked with everything you could possibly want and more! My husband and I travel often for work to different cities and states every other week. Lol we always look for stores like this in each city we go to. Almost every store I'm met at the door by friendly staff and always asked if I need any help. But this store has an employee that needs to be replaced! I walked in and said hi the woman said oh hi, and 3 times I asked her questions about products and she literally acted as if I was bothering her. This store would be absolutely amazing with a different worker and she wasnt just having a bad day other people had said things about her In their reviews also. It's like a beginner level adult store.. Not many specialty items or much in the way of kink/fetish which is ok for having sex with Richmond natives but interesting or good sex needs might rather take you to the city or something....
