Absolute Worst!!! Just spent over 300 dollars at the market. Only checkout open is express which they called us over to. It took twenty five minutes to check us out, this was after everything was rung up. Their system rebooted several times. During this time I took a 1/2 deli pizza out to my truck to get a bite. It was rung up and transaction went through once by the time I did this. I wanted it just a little fresh. During this time the store mgr reported me stealing it. I go back in and wait with who I was with and a five month old. Finally computer comes up for the umpteenth time and receipt prints out. Pizza is totally useless at this point. There pizza is only good right from the heat. It was half price and paid for. They called the cops. Now the cop pulls me over and deals with me. I have a receipt all is good. The 1/2 price pizza was 5. It was paid for and totally ruined. They should take it back instead of accusing customers. I have been a frequent shopper with bigger grocery bills than I wanted. This is my last time here. Terrible service and pizza was totally ruined by the time I got home. If there systems worked correctly I would of never been hassled, it sucks when they are making me wail this long and then add insult to patience with them. This is my first negative review ever. To the guy in the beard and full head of hair who called on me, shame on you. What goes around comes around. You lost a long time customer...
Read moreMoostly very amazing grocery store. Fabulous deli and selction , get the sesame noodle salad and the Northwest breakfast burrito! The bakery is exceptional, and the health food selection is vast and stocked. There is a very large bulk section from food flour beans and grains to tea and herbal plants. There is a nice restaurant café area off the deli/coffee counter. It also has outdoor seating. the butcher counter well stocked and usually has a sale on something? There is an excellent coffee section including some local roasters. My favorite is I Believe/Sasquatch Squashmalloww blend. Getting it before it sells out again!! The staff here is pretty friendly, minus a couple of grumpy supervisors. The self checkout is maintained and well supervised. Maybe 1 or 2 odd machines got out of order. The garden department has a small selection. My big NO STAR for this grocery store is the pharmacy, this department doesn't help you, they are not informative, they will not move mountains to get tour medicine ready, they are often out of stock, my prescriptions are never ready, they close in the middle of the day for 2 hours, the drive thru window has wierd hours and strange rules for when it is open and...
Read moreHow to shop at Rosauers: walk up to the front door, set two twenty dollar bills on fire on the pavement, then drive down to Winco. You’ll still come out ahead.
You’ll get better produce and other goods at a massively lower price. Just atrocious. Plus attentive shoppers will notice they cannot retain employees.
People raving about their “bakery” are going to, unfortunately, face the threat of diabetes. It’s mostly sugary Midwest type stuff, with little in the way of good wholesome breads.
Sad.
ETA: Costco is coming for Rosauers in Ridgefield. LOL. I give Rosauers two years max after Costco opens. Probably not that long maybe.
ETA again: interested shoppers might Google search for “Department of Labor press release” and “Rosauers.” Rosauers has been engaging in wage theft and the illegal use of child labor. This is a fact Rosauers has admitted to with its settlement with DOL. I’m not begrudging someone dropping in for a quart of milk, but by this point there are likely dozens of ex-employees in the community who could tell one how they were treated. This...
