Amy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Ridgeland

This was my second time shopping at this location. The shopping center entirely has/have always been a comfortable place to shop. However, this Hallmark location have given me a bitter impression. I won’t name but will notate ID C197484 for managerial purposes. This employee looks for shoplifting basically with her preconceived notion of particular shoppers I assume. Never offered assistance while watching every item I touched. With that being said, I could say more but this is for training/awareness purposes. Placed an order online for store pick up with a rewards coupon and while the item was on sale. The store manager canceled the order, but I was never informed. After waiting all day for a pick up confirmation I realized they had canceled it. I called Hallmark but there was nothing they could do because it wasn't on sale anymore. I won't be shopping...

Super disappointed! Drive over 20 miles to get to the store to get a card that their website said was available. I even had two back up options picked out in case the first card I wanted wasn't available. They literally had only 5 retirement cards in the ENTIRE store. Will never buy from them again. Getting a Walmart or Kroger...
