I had to go into the store to reset my password or pin code which I was not given that over the phone when I called to ask questions about the phone plans and I didn’t set up an account but the customer service over the phone for AT&T set up an account for me that I did not asked to be set up on and put a passcode on it which they did not even give me that on the phone so in order for me to cancel that account when I got a bill that I did not have service for because my service is with a different carrier, I called to try to cancel it and I couldn’t cancel it without a passcode so I had to go into the AT&T store and I went into the store and I spoke to Detavious. This gentleman was professional, friendly, very well knowledgeable and educated and answered all my questions and he was so happy to assist, and he got everything taken care of me in less than 10 minutes and he was just the easiest person to talk to and nice and friendly and it was such a pleasure talking to him and if I had to go back to the store I would ask for him again to help me. Please ask the store to train and educate the customer service over the phone because the team that handles the customer service calls and billing over the phone; needs training and this store was very clean and everyone in there was nice and friendly and they were professional and this store could train other people because the people that I talk to over the phone this morning were very...

Very often, they taint the entire experience in dealing with a certain company, medical practice, restaurant, grocery store, etc. In my experience, very few employees do what Martin Luther King, Jr. suggested : “If you are called by life to sweep streets, sweep them in a way they have never been swept before.” (Paraphrased but correct in message.)
That is not the case with Miss Erica P at the Pear Orchard ATT store in Ridgeland, MS. Erica was superb at her job! Helpful, friendly, articulate, knowledgeable, conversational, efficient and completely professional. ATT is fortunate to have her.
As matter of fact, she was not the person originally helping me. That person was unfriendly, minimally helpful, sullen, and disappeared without telling me he was leaving. Erica took over and the whole experienced changed. She also had a lovely female manager assisting her whose name I failed to get. Both were great representatives for ATT.
Were I Miss Erica’s boss, I would groom her for management and allow her to train others.
Lastly, I love my new Apple iphone 13 pro max. Marion and I have had ATT cell phones for 30 years. Erica was the best representative in that time. Thank you, young lady! Good luck with college and your career. You are going to be very successful!

Read moreI would give 0 stars if I could. We were on a business promotion and one of our phones quit working. we took it in for repair at another location and it could not be fixed. We purchase a replacement phone. Four weeks later we received an email that we were losing our promotion due to the new phone. I called customer service and they said for me to go to a location and have the IMEI code changed. I went to the Pear Orchard location to have this done and she treated me like I was an idiot. She was very sarcastic and talked down to me and I became angry. She started laughing at me and the manager asked me to leave the store. I feel we were scammed into porting over to at&t from our previous provider with a promotion that they had no intention in honoring. I would be careful in pursuing a promotion with at&t because they will scam you if at all possible. If you are with at&t I would suggest never using the Pear Orchard location.
