If I could give a negative 1000 stars, I would. I did not receive 2 of my 3 items that were ordered on Belk.com. I have called the called the center several times and was told to file a claim. I filed the claim and received an email denying my return request when I asked for my missing items to be sent to me. I called the call center back and was given a case number and told to WAIT another 5-7 days. I called Northpark Belk, thinking they could help, BIG mistake. I spoke to the rudest HR person named Corey, who, by the way, refused to provide his last name but asked for mine. He stated he did not feel comfortable providing his last name to me. I asked for a Belk corporate phone number to voice my concerns and was not provided one. Belk has a broken customer service system, and nobody cares. Belk just wants your money but will not provide the items you paid for. He spoke over me, never tried to understand my issue when I clearly told him SEVERAL times, and he told me to reach out to FedEx regarding my missing items. Why would I call FedEx when Belk is who fulfilled my order. SMH-I asked to speak with the store manager SEVERAL times, which he refused to connect me with. Corey was disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. I am very SURPRISED he is a member of leadership and the store manager isn't any better. Birds of a feather flock together in the same nest of unconcern about the customer experience. I spoke with his co-worker/ friend Kalissa, who was nice, but took up for Corey's bad customer service to me when she was not on the phone with Corey and myself. We know technology is subject to fail from time to time , and it's rare.however, the escalator to the men's section wasn't working going up. There was another escalator going up in the hallway, however, I walk with a cane and the walk in and getting to the escalator was as far as I could go. After waiting awhile I decided to go inside. I didn’t see anyone! Waited inside at pick desk a little longer. Still no body! I was on a mission to find someone to give me my order. After freaking a young woman out, I was told I should be in there because they were close. I replied online says open until 8:00pm and the door was unlocked seems like you’re open.
