Zales on County line in Jackson, Ms. When I first walked in I was a little skeptical. I walked around and a gentleman greetedme. He asked if he could help and I told him i had an exchange. I explained to him how much I wanted to spend. Well he took me to several cases but i just couldn't find anything that just stood out. So other customers started coming in and I ask him to please assist them. I waited patiently for him to finish. When he got through , I asked him did he have any promise rings. He quickly replied and said maam we really getting away from those but I will show you what we have. Omg ,I looked in the case and fell in love. The perfect ring and at that point he started explaining diamonds to me. I tried on three but only 1 I couldn't resist. We matched it with the perfect band I must say,I really tested his customer service at one point I wanted to leave. In the end he was a good salesman but...
